Elizabeth Smith MA MSc FCIPD
Elizabeth Smith, the principal consultant, has an extensive background in human resources, management and organisational development. During her career she has worked in both internal and external consulting roles as well as having held senior management positions. This has equipped her with a range of skills and insights across the learning and development discipline - and has also given her a strong tendency to be pragmatic! Elizabeth's style is to 'work alongside' clients, and her approach is encapsulated in the beliefs and principles described in the About page.
