Elizabeth Smith Consulting is a learning and development business with a real desire to help individuals, teams and organisations become the best they can be. We do this by helping to design and implement the big picture – the strategies and processes needed to support learning overall within an organisation. And we do this by delivering the actual training and development activities that fit into that big picture. Elizabeth founded the consultancy in 2005, and is still the principal consultant. She also works within a network of associates, all of whom have considerable experience of working in senior specialist and/or managerial roles within organisations, as well as working in an independent consultant capacity. This enables her to bring in people with different types of expertise on a flexible basis and makes it possible to handle larger as well as smaller projects. The consultancy is based in Cambridgeshire, so it’s very easy for us to work with clients based in East Anglia, the northern home counties and London - but we also like to travel (abroad as well as elsewhere in the UK)!
