We are very flexible in how we do this. At one end of the scale, you may just be looking for someone outside the organisation with whom you can test out some ideas you have. At the other end, you may be wanting to outsource the design and roll out of a major new process or programme. We are happy to do either. In between the two extremes, you might need some input or an extra pair of hands in relation to certain aspects of a particular initiative. Again, with our mixture of operational and strategic experience, we are pretty versatile and glad to be involved on this sort of basis too.
