Training design

Increasingly organisations are looking to run training using their internal resources. We do deliver training ourselves (please see the Training and Development pages), but we also provide design services to support the delivery of training internally.

Services include:

• Helping you define the learning objectives and think through creative ways of meeting them.
• Doing the detailed design of any training workshops.
• Writing course manuals, case studies and other training materials.
• Providing constructive critique/editing of workshop outlines or materials that you have created.

We can also support your internal trainers through coaching and/or train the trainer workshops.
