With the pressure to deliver, a good upfront training needs analysis can often go by the board. We can provide you with additional resource so that you have time to do this critical piece.
We would first speak with you in depth. Then, depending upon the scope that you define, our activities could include:
- Meeting with the executive team, individually or collectively to identify the context and the “top down” needs (this part could overlap with determining your learning and development strategy)
- Firming up a competency framework against which the needs can be assessed
- Meeting with managers, individually or collectively, to determine the learning needs for themselves or their teams
- Meeting with employees from particular groups, individually or collectively
- Conducting peer reviews or 360 degree feedback
- Conducting a needs analysis survey or skills audit
- Analysing existing data from employee opinion surveys
- Analysing data from performance review forms and training plans
We would then work with you to interpret the findings, devise recommendations – and, if you wish, help you to action them.
