You may be planning to set up a structured programme or curriculum - for example, a comprehensive induction, a scheme for technical or professional progression, or in-depth supervisory training or leadership development. You might also need to create some policies around your training provision.

We can work with you to develop materials to depict, describe and communicate the programmes. We can also help you think about how you plan, sequence, resource and roll-out the training – how to make it happen.
In terms of policies and procedures, we can suggest from our experience what you might need in them. And once the elements have been agreed, we could take them off your hands it you wish, as we actually like writing things like this!
