Welcome to Elizabeth Smith Consulting. I am a senior learning and development consultant with
over 20 years' experience in human resources, training and organisational development.
The core of my work is enabling people to achieve more through learning and development, both for themselves and their organisations. I do this by providing three distinct, but overlapping services: consulting, training and facilitation.
