To complement our consulting activity we offer a range of training and development services. They focus on personal, leadership and team effectiveness and include one-to-one coaching, intensive workshops for small groups, and large group events. Please click on the subheadings below for further information. We are glad to offer training as a one-off on a particular topic, or as an integrated series of programmes.
Our training is highly interactive and participative, and drawing on our core skills and preferences, is much more “facilitated” than “taught”. We never attempt to train on topics outside our expertise but are linked into other training organisations whom we would be glad to recommend if they are better placed to meet your training needs.
All of our training is bespoke, and can be linked to your competency frameworks, if you have them, to make it really effective for you. We will make sure that the training matches the needs you have identified and that we build in applications back in the workplace. We will also design methods to evaluate its effectiveness.
