We provide one-to-one coaching for executives, managers and individual contributors at all levels. Coaching has a host of applications, but you might particularly want to consider coaching for an individual for one or more of the following reasons:
- To support them in stepping up to a new role
- To help them to develop strategies for dealing with a particular situation, problem or challenge
- To help them deal with issues in relation to their personal style or interactions with others
- If they have a personal preference for this style of development, and/or their issues are confidential in nature
- To complement and enhance an ongoing leadership development programme, e.g. for key leaders in the organisation, or high potentials
The coaching we provide can cover clarifying role and priorities, leadership style and impact, people management and relationship issues, communication and personal effectiveness. We also provide specialist coaching for people in learning and development roles. We don’t do life coaching or business strategy coaching (but can recommend people who do).
