Team development

Facilitated sessions with intact teams to allow them to focus together on areas of importance to their performance and development. As these are completely bespoke, it's difficult to produce a representative list of potential areas that could be covered, but here at least are some examples:

  • Scoping a project, work planning and allocation
  • Developing a team mission
  • Agreeing ground rules
  • Understanding the stages of team development
  • Utilising different roles in a team
  • Getting to know each other better
  • Understanding and appreciating differences in style
  • Harnessing individuals’ strengths

  • Reviewing team effectiveness and planning improvements
  • Dealing with difficult issues or conflicts

We design sessions to be enjoyable and energising as well as focusing on serious issues. However, if you are looking for something that is purely fun, that is probably not us – but we can recommend others who specialise in this! Also, although our sessions are experiential, we don’t do much by way of outdoor activity - but again, we can recommend others who do.
